Kim Hawley Creative assists with all aspects of building your big idea or your already created business and communicating that with the world.
From creative decisions and copywriting to practical thinking and consulting, I am equipped to help you put your best foot forward. I pride myself on being detail-oriented and also capable of seeing the big picture, listening to your individual needs every step of the way.
I am a writer, editor, photographer, web builder, designer and all-around consultant who cares about the small business owner. I have worked in communications and design for the past 10 years, and have had the pleasure of working on everything from websites to marketing materials, report and media kit design to event and headshot photography.
I have edited articles featured in publications including The New York Times, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Smithsonian, NPR's The Salt, The Washington Post and The Guardian, and I worked with an incredibly talented environmental journalist and a major book publisher on Bread, Wine, Chocolate: The Slow Loss of Foods We Love (HarperCollins, 2015). The book was named one of Smithsonians' best food books of 2016.
I would love to help you manifest your big idea.
